ULTIFASTPAVE golf club estate road North Berwick

Having been chosen as the venue for the 2019 PGA Scottish Open competition, the Renaissance Golf Club in North Berwick required a new surface for the estate road that linked the main club house buildings with the green keeper facility and overspill car park. Using ULTIFASTPAVE delivered an impressive finish but also helped to save time and minimise disruption to clients.



Realignment of the A379 Slapton Sands Causeway in Devon was challenging due to its importance to tourism and location within a National Nature Reserve. Using Ultifastpave saved around £30k for the authority, but also reduced excavation requirements, material volumes and vehicle movements on this sensitive site. The scheme won the Chartered institution of Highways & Transportation South West Transportation Environment Award and Transport Project of the Year Award.



The client needed a safe, durable, cost-effective car park surface. Using Tarmac Ultifastpave reduced the construction time by half and generated a £15,000 cost saving.
